How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Use this number to track your order's progress.

Shipping & Delivery

At Osara Concept, we ship worldwide! Each item is custom-made to order, so please allow up to 4-7 business days for production before shipment. Once your item is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking code.

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • United States: 3–5 business days (after fulfillment)
  • Canada: 7–10 business days (after fulfillment)
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days (after fulfillment)
  • Australia: 2–14 business days (after fulfillment)
  • Rest of the World: 15–25 business days (after fulfillment)

We use reliable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and others to deliver your order safely.


Limited Editions vs. Limited Releases

  • Limited Edition: These products are made in small, exclusive quantities. Once sold out, they won’t be restocked.
  • Limited Release: These items are available only for a specific time period. After the release ends, they’ll be removed from the shop. However, we may re-release them later.

Launch announcements for both will be made in advance—keep an eye out for updates!


How Long Are Items Available?

Most items remain available for 30 days. In some cases, an item may sell out early if it reaches a certain number of sales.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on three factors:

  1. The total weight of your order
  2. The size of the package
  3. The destination address

To get an exact shipping cost, add items to your cart and enter your shipping address at checkout. The calculated rate will appear before you complete your purchase.


Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes! We ship to any address, anywhere in the world. 🌍


Are Payments Secure?

Will I Receive a Confirmation Email?

Yes, you will. After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.


How Can I Use a Discount Code?

You can apply discount codes at the checkout page. Be sure to enter the code before completing your purchase.


How Do I Wash My Apparel?

  • Machine wash cold with like colors (no bleach).
  • Tumble dry on low or air-dry for best results.
  • Avoid ironing or dry-cleaning as it may damage the design.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If production hasn’t started, we’ll cancel it for you. Contact us via email or use the Contact Us button on our website.


Why Was My Payment Unsuccessful?

This could be due to:

  • Your bank restricting foreign payments (contact your bank for details).
  • Incorrect card details entered during checkout.

Double-check your information or reach out to your bank if issues persist.


I Received a Defective Item

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@osaraconcept.com with photos of the defect. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.


What Printing Methods Do You Use?

We use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing for vibrant, high-definition designs that last through 40–50 washes.

DTG Pros:

  • Photographic-quality prints
  • High-definition details
  • Works on colored garments

DTG Cons:

  • Prints may appear less vibrant on dark garments
  • Cannot match exact Pantone colors
  • Best for garments with at least 80% cotton content

We also use Sublimation for certain apparel, creating breathable, durable designs that won’t peel or fade.


Where Are You Based?

Our creative base is in Zurich Switzerland, but all orders are fulfilled and shipped through our carefully selected partners ie.g. U.S. or European locations.
